Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on krishnabhumiearcade.com. Because Krishna Bhumi Arcade sells handmade, devotional, ashram, artisan, and spiritual-context products, return eligibility may vary by product type, customization, condition, destination, and vendor policy shown on the product page or checkout.
Order cancellation
- You may request cancellation before the order is packed or handed over to the courier.
- Made-to-order, customized, personalized, consecrated, or specially procured products may not be cancellable after vendor acceptance or production begins.
- If we cancel an order due to stock issues, serviceability, payment failure, compliance concerns, or vendor inability to fulfill, eligible prepaid amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.
Return window
For eligible domestic orders, return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery unless a different window is shown on the product page. The product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoices, accessories, certificates, and free items, where applicable.
Non-returnable products
- Customized, personalized, made-to-order, altered, or specially commissioned products.
- Consecrated, blessed, ritual-used, or spiritually prepared items where return would be inappropriate or unsafe.
- Perishable, consumable, incense, powders, oils, food, prasad, hygiene-sensitive items, or opened sealed products.
- Fragile products damaged after delivery due to customer handling, installation, storage, or use.
- Products without original packaging, tags, accessories, invoices, or authenticity/care documents.
- International orders, except where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied and return is approved by Krishna Bhumi Arcade.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@krishnabhumiearcade.com or +917302229701. Include the order number, photos of the package, shipping label, product, and issue. We may offer replacement, repair, exchange, partial refund, or refund depending on the product and issue verified.
Return pickup and shipping cost
- For approved domestic returns caused by damage, defect, or wrong item, we may arrange pickup where serviceable or reimburse reasonable return shipping after verification.
- For approved discretionary returns, return shipping, reverse logistics, payment gateway charges where non-refundable, and restocking costs may be deducted where permitted.
- If return pickup is not serviceable, you may need to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
Refund timelines
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically initiated within 7 working days. Bank, card, UPI, wallet, or payment partner timelines may add additional processing time. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or operationally necessary.
International orders
- International shipments may not be returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied and Krishna Bhumi Arcade approves the return.
- Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, destination-country fees, currency conversion charges, and refused-delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, seized, restricted, or returned due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, local import rules, or customer non-cooperation, deductions may apply for forward shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, carrier charges, and payment fees.
