Acceptance of terms

By browsing, creating an account, registering as a vendor, or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

Marketplace role

Krishna Bhumi Arcade operates as a marketplace connecting customers with ashrams, artisans, vendors, and spiritual institutions. Product listings, availability, dispatch timelines, authenticity information, images, descriptions, and spiritual usage context may be provided by vendors or prepared with vendor approval.

We may moderate listings, remove prohibited items, review content, suspend sellers, or cancel orders to protect customers, vendors, spiritual authenticity, legal compliance, and platform integrity.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or registering as a vendor.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, policy violations, unlawful activity, chargeback abuse, or conduct that harms the marketplace.

Products and spiritual context

Krishna Bhumi Arcade focuses on handcrafted, devotional, cultural, and spiritual-context products. Product descriptions, ritual guidance, care instructions, consecration notes, lineage references, and ashram stories are provided for informational and devotional context. They are not medical, legal, astrological, financial, or guaranteed spiritual-outcome advice.

Orders, pricing, and availability

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, duties, and international charges may be shown separately where applicable.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed and processed by Krishna Bhumi Arcade or the relevant vendor.
• Orders may be cancelled if products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted for the destination country, flagged by payment or fraud checks, or not serviceable by shipping partners.
• Images are for reference and handmade products may have natural variations in color, texture, size, finish, and detailing.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment partners. Payment success, failure, refund, and settlement timelines may depend on payment partners, banks, card networks, UPI systems, and applicable law. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Shipping and international delivery

Domestic and overseas shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. International customers are responsible for destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, documentation requirements, restricted-product rules, and delivery delays caused by customs or local carriers unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged goods, wrong items, and non-returnable categories are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Certain spiritual, customized, consecrated, fragile, hygiene-sensitive, perishable, made-to-order, or internationally shipped products may have limited or no return eligibility unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

User content and reviews

• You may post reviews, ratings, images, or support content only if it is truthful, lawful, respectful, and relevant.
• We may moderate, reject, edit for formatting, or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, promotional spam, private information, or unrelated to the product or service experience.
• By submitting content, you grant Krishna Bhumi Arcade a non-exclusive right to use it for marketplace display, support, trust, moderation, and promotional purposes.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, spam, or interference with platform operations.
• Do not list, request, or purchase products that are illegal, counterfeit, misleading, unsafe, prohibited by policy, or restricted for export/import.
• Do not make medical, miracle-cure, guaranteed spiritual-result, or misleading religious claims through product listings, reviews, or messages.

Intellectual property

The Krishna Bhumi Arcade name, website design, software, text, images, logos, product presentation, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. Vendor-owned product images, trademarks, stories, or institution materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and permissions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krishna Bhumi Arcade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by vendors, logistics providers, payment partners, customs authorities, force majeure events, network failures, or user-provided inaccurate information.

Governing law and disputes
