Shipping coverage
Krishna Bhumi Arcade ships eligible products across India and may ship selected goods overseas where courier, export, import, customs, and product restrictions allow. Shipping availability, charges, and delivery timelines may vary by vendor, product category, pickup location, destination, weight, dimensions, and serviceability.
Order processing
- Standard products are generally processed after order and payment confirmation.
- Handmade, made-to-order, temple, ashram, artisan, fragile, or customized products may need additional preparation time.
- Orders containing products from multiple vendors may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates.
- We may contact you for address confirmation, document requirements, serviceability issues, or product-specific shipping instructions.
Domestic delivery
Domestic delivery timelines shown on the website or by support are estimates. Delivery may be affected by vendor readiness, courier pickup, weather, holidays, remote pincode serviceability, payment verification, local disruptions, or incorrect address details.
International delivery
- Overseas delivery is available only for products and destinations supported by our logistics partners and applicable export/import rules.
- International customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, valid phone number, email address, and any destination-country information required for customs clearance.
- International delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended by export checks, customs clearance, airline capacity, destination-country inspections, local delivery partners, holidays, or force majeure events.
- Some spiritual, organic, food, plant-based, wood, metal, textile, religious, antique-like, powder, liquid, or restricted items may not be eligible for international shipment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For overseas orders, destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, storage charges, and other local levies are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included at checkout. Krishna Bhumi Arcade cannot guarantee customs clearance or refund destination-country charges.
Packaging and handling
We and our vendors use reasonable packaging based on product type. Handmade, fragile, devotional, or decorative products should be opened carefully and photographed before and during unpacking if external damage is visible.
Tracking
Tracking details will be shared when available from the courier or logistics partner. Tracking updates may take time to appear after pickup or international handover.
Failed delivery
- Delivery may fail if the address or phone number is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, duties are unpaid, local customs documents are missing, or the package is refused.
- Additional charges may apply for reattempts, address correction, return-to-origin, storage, customs, or reshipment.
- Refunds for failed delivery are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
